Weʼre raising £1,000 to continue the support we give to the sponsored children of Helping Hand Cambodia.
We are raising funds to continue the support we give to the sponsored children of H/HC. We currently sponsor 40 children to go to Beltei International School and four to go to university (all from one poor community in the south of Phnom Penh).

Our sponsorship fees cover the Beltei school fees and two free sets of uniform. All other activities at our own building are funded by ourselves (separately). We offer English lessons and computer studies as well as “Homework Support”. Our children attend Beltei School in the mornings and our building is open afternoons, Monday to Friday, for their extra lessons and support.
We currently have a fully qualified Cambodian English teacher, Panha, who is committed to his work for us, and Chen Chanthy our Cambodian Co-ordinator who takes our computers studies (teaching basic keyboard skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). We also hold a Sunday School at our building with three committed teachers teaching Christianity to over 20 children.
As we continue to sponsor more children, we need to keep up to date with our facilities; more desks, bigger desks, more chairs, fans for our rooms, new sports equipment for our recreational area on top of our building, new books for our library, and a fresh lick of paint to keep our building clean and respectable as well as more computers.
Thank you
